The RoleCalling all adventurers! As a Disability Support superstar, get ready to dive into a role that's as dynamic as it is rewarding. Our 24/7 rotating roster means you'll be the guiding light across all our services. Whether it's morning, afternoon, evening, night, weekend, or a sleepover shift – you'll be there, making a difference. Skills & ExperienceAbsolutely Essential: Your enthusiasm is infectious, and your passion for top-notch, person-centred service is non-negotiable. Ready to embrace the rhythm of shifting schedules? Willingness to support a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and split shifts. Own a vehicle? Great – you're all set to roll with comprehensive insurance. A valid Driver's License, Working With Children Check, National Police Check, and a current First Aid and CPR Certificate are all part of your toolkit.
Desirable: Hold a Certificate III and/or IV in Individual Support or equivalent? You're levelling up the game. Previous stints in caring roles like Aged Care, Disability Services, or Child Care? Your experience adds an extra layer of impact. What's in it for YouYour dedication pays off with an hourly rate that aligns with the SCHADS award. We are seeking casual and Permanent Part Time. You will work in a tight-knit and supportive team atmosphere where you are never alone on this journey.
